Book Haven at the Wellington Performance Arcade

It’s been a busy start to the year for us as we’ve been preparing to bring our books to the Wellington waterfront.

 

For the next 5 days we will be at the Performance Arcade 2024 in the Pop-Up Books container (the shop will still be open as usual).

 

 

We’ve teamed up with four other groups who form Rebel Press: the Freedom Shop, 5ever Books, Left of The Equator and Lawrence & Gibson.

 

Together we’ve fitted out a small container with hundreds of books and zines. We also have books by some of the performing artists for sale.

 

 

The Performance Arcade opens tonight, Wednesday, 21 Feb at 6pm and will then be open from 10am till 10pm every day until Sunday.

 

Come and check us out – we’re the small container by the water side. There will be people from all groups involved on site at various times.
